Search Facilities
Search facilities are a navigational aid which can help visitors to your site find relevant information quickly and easily.
Google Search
At ilikecake we use a customisable Google search facility, which will search only your website. Any pages which are cached by Google can be returned in a search.
Search Results
The search results can sit inside a templated page from your website, although there is a minimum restriction on width.
Sponsored Links
Non-profit organisations can choose to turn off Google sponsored links on the results page, but for those organisation which make a profit, the sponsored links must be left on, or a small fee paid to Google.
