Ilikecake Limited has been in operation since 2005. We have clients in many sectors including Education, Business, Government, Tourism & Entertainment and Community & Voluntary. Our aim is to provide a quality, efficient service to all our customers, so that we can leave the customer feeling happy to recommend us to friends and business colleagues.
Most of our new business normally comes by word of mouth recommendation, although many clients have just 'surfed on in'. Ilikecake is run and managed by Vivienne Trulock and Jason Hardy.
Vivienne Trulock-Hardy
The Serious Bit
Vivienne Trulock is a Managing Director and co-founder of Ilikecake Limited.
Vivienne’s primary Degree is in Science from National University of Ireland Maynooth in Co Kildare, Ireland where she graduated with Distinction and attained first place in her Degree year, 1994.
In September 2004 Vivienne undertake and successfully completed a Masters with Distinction in Interactive Technologies for E-Commerce. Napier University in Edinburgh. As part of her Masters Degree, Vivienne completed a dissertation entitled 'A Comparative Investigation of the Accessibility Levels of Irish Websites'. This dissertation follows on from the WARP study by Dr Barry McMullen of DCU and charts the improvement in the accessibility of 152 Irish websites. Overall Vivienne obtained a D3 (85- 90) in this with her Viva obtaining a D5 (95+). This is the biggest and most recent study of its type in Ireland.
in 2005, Vivienne founded Ilikecake Limited. Vivienne's role in Ilikecake is firstly a technical accessibility developer and a designer. Vivienne also undertakes consultancy work in the area of accessible website design and Accessibility and Usability Auditing.
Vivienne is a member of IRL-DeAN the Irish Design for all eAccessibility Network, and GAWDS, The Guild of Accessible Website Designers.

Jason Hardy
The Serious Bit
Jason has been working in Web Development for 7 years, and for Ilikecake since 2008. His particular skills lie in PHP coding, although he is also proficient in many other languages including JavaScript, ASP & Actionscript.
Jason is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified Office Specialist and is an Adobe Certified Developer.
Recently, work completed by Jason for Ilikecake clients include the development of an events calendar system, Google applications, Content Management Systems, jQuery applications.
As a result of the increasing needs for dynamic facilities on client websites Jason works directly with clients to enable him to fully understand their needs and to develop solutions that best fit their requirements.
New facilities being developed by Jason are enabling Ilikecake to offer clients an increased range of services.
